A registered user account created on the pk670 Platform by a natural person satisfying all eligibility criteria.
The total of real-money funds held in a User's Account, expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable, excluding any locked bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.
Accounts must be used solely by the registered account holder for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not allow third parties to use your Account, accept bets or wagers on behalf of others, or operate the Account for any commercial purpose.
Underage Gambling: Allowing a person under the minimum required age to access gambling services is a serious matter. If you become aware that a minor may have accessed the Platform using your credentials or device, contact support immediately.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pk670 will never request your password through any unsolicited communication channel. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility.
If any registered information changes — including your residential address, contact number or email — you must update your Account details promptly. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may delay or prevent KYC verification and withdrawal processing.
pk670 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a compliance review. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
Know Your Customer verification is required to confirm identity, age and eligibility, and to satisfy Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and fraud prevention obligations. Standard documentation requirements include:
All KYC documents must be submitted through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal only. You must never send identity documents via unsecured messaging channels, social media or email. Documents must be genuine, unaltered and clearly legible. Submission of falsified, obscured or fraudulent documents is a serious offence and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. The Operator reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds as part of AML compliance obligations.
To be eligible to request a withdrawal, you must have: (a) a fully verified Account with satisfactory KYC documentation on file; (b) a positive withdrawable balance; and (c) met any applicable bonus wagering requirements associated with funds in your Account.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may apply per method and are displayed within the Cashier. The Operator reserves the right to process large withdrawal requests in instalments where operationally required.
All bonuses, free bets, deposit matches and promotional offers are subject to individual promotion-specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit conditions, eligible game restrictions, expiry dates and maximum conversion caps. Promotion-specific terms will be stated clearly on each offer page and take precedence over these general Terms where they are more specific.
A wagering requirement is the total number of times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a 10× wagering requirement on a PKR 2,500 bonus means PKR 25,000 must be wagered on eligible markets or games before the bonus-derived balance is withdrawable. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.
Bonuses that are not activated or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated expiry period will be forfeited without compensation. Expiry periods are stated on each promotion and begin from the point of the triggering event (e.g., deposit date or opt-in date).
pk670 actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus funds without genuine play risk; use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; or coordinated betting patterns designed to circumvent promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, the Operator reserves the right to void the relevant bonuses, adjust affected balances, or close associated accounts.

Odds are set by the Operator's trading and data partner systems. The Operator reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors before or after bet settlement. Markets may be suspended during live events at the Operator's discretion. Bets are settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published in the Platform's Help Centre. Where a ruling is ambiguous, the Operator's decision is final. Bets affected by void events will be settled according to the relevant void rules for that market.

In the event of a technical fault, server interruption or software malfunction during a game or betting session, the Operator will investigate using available system logs. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator excludes all liability for:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from security vulnerabilities, though reasonable measures are taken to maintain service quality and security standards.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC to the required standard; technical security concerns; or regulatory compliance requirements.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is finalised, any outstanding withdrawal requests meeting eligibility criteria will be processed. Pending bonuses not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.
Upon Account closure, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Funds in your Account that are properly withdrawable (i.e., real-money balance minus unmet bonus conditions) will be returned to you via a suitable payment method subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
pk670 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice for users in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.
